I liked the location of this hotel, it was walking distance from shops and restaurants. Although my family and I did eat at the hotel. Their breakfast was amazing, with a veriaty of choices and staff was friendly and service was outstanding.

The room, hallways and lobby were all very clean. The restaurant was good. The pool and pool area were nice and inviting. The only down fall in our room was that we couldn't turn on just the bathroom light. We had to turn on all the lights in order to turn the bathroom light on.

The hotel is a nice option if you are flying out of the Tijuana Airport since it’s only 5mins away. The hotel gym, pool, and bar areas are nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information around the vicinity and they offered two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is a little dated but a nice place if you need to be close to the airport area. I would stay again.

The staff were friendly and capable, the room was clean and in good repair. The restaurant downstairs is really good. Highly recommend their Carne En Su Jugo. Delicious! Also, it was an easy 1/2 mile walk to the consulate.

The hotel is okay but just not that good value for money. I guess airport hotels are often overpriced, and Tijuana’s location at the border means that rates are more in line with US prices. Hotel could benefit from a renovation to freshen it up and better reflect the prices. However, all staff members from reception to housekeeping and bar were super friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to airport and bus station, and there is an outdoor mall with restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Room was spacious and comfortable but soundproofing could be better, there was some noise coming in from the hallway and other rooms. It’s worth noting that the free airport shuttle only runs from hotel to airport, not the other way around.

The room was very clean, well-organized, and included a large TV. The bathroom was really nice. The pool is a bit small and not heated, but the restaurant is very pretty and serves delicious, flavorful food. It is a very comfortable place to spend a few days, even if you are traveling with family.
