Me, my husband and baby got a dirty room. It was never cleaned after the previous guest. The sheets were wadded up, there were wet, dirty towels laying on the shower floor, toothbrush, and toothpaste, and deodorant, sitting out. Then in the kitchen, there was a probation letter along with a white pottery substance all over the counters. We couldn’t get help from anyone to clean it. The best they could do was give us cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. Then the following day, we had no hot water and no electricity. It has potential to be a cute place, but they need a lot of help to run it properly.
