Overall property was great. The staff service was above and beyond. The food options and selection could have been better but the food itself was amazing. There was a celebration at the hotel on Saturday evening that got a bit out of control. People were so drunk that they started jumping in the pool after it was closed. Initially the hotel staff tried to get them out but eventually brought them towels and let them keep swimming. More ppl began to jump in the pool fully clothed and then the videographer started recording them. In my opinion you have to choose the type of environment you want to present and this felt uncomfortable for me as a guest. I didn’t book this hotel to party. I booked this hotel for service and class and that was lost due to that.

Wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family. Very safe and secure as you have to go through 2 security checkpoints to enter bellafer hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Hot water . Clean rooms. Free Atv ride around the compound. Excellent service . Very attentive . Great food and drinks. Family friendly . It’s more relaxing and less traffic compared to hotels on the main strip in Rosarito. I am definitely going back soon.

If I could give this hotel ONE HUNDRED stars I would. Originally booked from Thursday-Saturday , my husband and I did not want to leave… stayed until TUESDAY. (Staff) Jean, Mitsy , Gelacio, & George made our stay extraordinary. From suites to compounds, restaurants and all of the above met much higher than any other expectations we could’ve imagined. When visiting Rosarito again, this will forever and only be the hotel we will choose. Huge thanks to the wonderful team for providing such an amazing & welcoming experience.

Place is beautiful but the rooms have sewer problems. They upgraded our room on the third day because we couldn’t take the smell anymore and it solved the problem. We went for breakfast and they ran out of coffee. They don’t have a lobby to check in. It’s awkward to check in at the restaurant. Staff is nice.

This is a barren bunch of buildings. There is a guy who meets you in the parking lot and takes you to your room. The property does not have a front desk or reception. There is no manager to reach; only voicemail. There is NO hot water in the shower. We tested a different room (so we could stay at least one night) but no hot water there either. (They may have an issue with the main heater in the building.) In short, we checked in at 8pm and left at 9pm after trying to shower in two different rooms. Avoid at all cost. Not sure how they got any of their decent reviews.

Our stay at Bellafer Collection Hotel & Resort in Playas de Rosarito was a mixed experience, balancing between some setbacks and pleasant moments. We were informed that check-in was at 3 PM. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 5 PM, our room was not ready. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we finally received our room key. Despite this hiccup, we were eager to settle in and enjoy our stay. After changing, we headed to the poolside area for some food and drinks. Although the service was slow, the quality of both the food and beverages made up for the wait. The pool, approximately 5 feet deep, is ideal for non-swimmers and casual lounging. The area also features two jacuzzis and plenty of lounging spots, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Later, when we returned to our room to shower, we noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the drainage. This was a minor inconvenience, but the overall room was nicely furnished and provided access to a terrace where we could hang out and enjoy the view. For dinner, we opted to sit again poolside by the fireplace. The food was outstanding, making for a delightful dining experience. Overall, our stay was okay, considering that the hotel is preparing for its grand opening. Once they iron out the initial kinks, I believe Bellafer Collection Hotel & Resort has the potential to offer a fantastic experience.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this beautiful property, we somehow missed the property is in a pre-opening phase. The reception desk is located in the middle of their beautiful restaurant, there is no actual check in lobby (it hasn’t been built yet, according to staff), we had to wait by the pool (our choice, we thought is was a bit awkward to be seating in the restaurant while other guests were eating) our checking was at 3, we got in our room about 3:40 pm. Once we were in our room, the AC was not working, so after talking to the front desk twice, they send someone to fix the AC. Once the maintenance left, we tried to use the restroom and the restroom door did not close, the bottom part of the door was too wide and simply did not close. I talked to the front desk, they send a maintenance guy, then three maintenance guys took off the door and had to shaved the side of the door until the door was able to closed. At this time, it was after 5 pm, we decided to go get something to eat, while they fix the door, we came back at 8 pm or so and the front door was left wide open, apparently the last maintenance guys forgot to close to the door. Both days, the key had to be reprogrammed to open our door. There were several type of bugs in our room, no trash bin in the room, no hangers in the closet. Water from the sink and shower, had sewer like smell. Property has potential, staff is attentive and friendly, I hope they can fix all the issues.
