We stayed here for one night and was great location in Le Lac. Short walk to ski lifts and bars/restaurants. Also lovely little spa - outdoor pool which was heated. Also has parking. So everything we needed for a convenient stay.

Very nice hotel, very warm and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast everyday, nice rooms with outstanding views, walking distance to Tignes lake (but the incline can be challenging for some people). We had diner one night there and the food was delicious. Overall, we had an excellent experience there and would certainly be happy to return.

We stayed at this hotel during our ski trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to the ski slopes which made getting out on the mountain very easy. Having the ski rental shop inside the hotel was also very convenient and saved us a lot of time each morning. The spa area, however, felt a bit outdated and would definitely benefit from a refresh. While it is a nice facility, it doesn’t quite match the expectations you might get from the photos. The outdoor pool looks fantastic in the pictures, but unfortunately the water temperature was much colder than expected. As a result, the pool was empty most of the time during our stay – it simply wasn’t warm enough for most guests to use comfortably. Overall, the hotel has a great location and some very convenient features for skiers, but the spa and pool area could be improved to better match the rest of the experience.

A 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4* one because it has a ‘spa’. Very tired in places especially around the spa area and corridors was in terrible condition. Being shown to your room through the underground car park wasn’t the best start. Paper cups in the rooms really cheap. Though the room was clean, and of nice decor, modern and a good view the bathroom was tired. The breakfast had a good selection of food, but the hot food was not so hot and was catering to the masses. The website is quite misleading, it really is a Village split up so advertising restaurants available are actually in different hotels under h the same umbrella name The photos on the website are quite misleading of the pool area the decking is rotting and there were hair bands and other bits left on the side. If you are looking for an easy access hotel to the slopes and tignes le lac no frills hotel it’s an option but if you are looking for proper 4 star, a bit of a treat look else where.

Lovely hotel and deluxe room was spacious. We went for half board but it only offers two sittings which we didn’t know when booking. We couldn’t get the early sitting on three nights so had option of either eating at 8.45pm which is too late after a long day’s skiing or having to pay to eat out which is what we went for when we couldn’t wait. Such a shame as otherwise the hotel would be great. Bed and breakfast would therefore be much better. Staff were very helpful but if you need to buy ski equipment, go to Intersport down the road which is much cheaper!

To rate that high, something unexpected has to be. It was the Staff & the Management. Staff extremely friendly and helpful without being too close. Personal welcome of the manager at dinner for a just stop over guest - one night. Enough staff at dinner and excellent trained. Drinks on normal price level.

Staff were abrupt and dismissive at times. No internet WiFi available the entire week, similarly international TV channels. Pool was cold when we arrived. Food has gone down in quality - and quantity since my last visit. Breakfast is very average with fried eggs which “bounce!”. For a hotel with a high price point, I’m not sure it his the mark is should do.

Des puces de lit ont été retrouvés dans la chambre. Un changement de chambre a eu lieu mais aucunes excuses n’a été formalisé. Je trouve ça vraiment dommage étant donné que j’ai choisi cet hôtel en pensant faire le choix de la qualité. Autre point, la caution de 300€, je n’ai jamais eu à faire à ce type de transaction pour un hôtel, une prise d’empreinte de la carte oui, mais un bloquage de ce montant non. Je n’ai pas été mis au courant avant la réservation, et que de choisir d’utiliser mon Amex bloquerait ce montant pendant 30 jours, c’est un manquement de votre part. Je suis venu chez vous pour me détendre et me libérer du quotidien, c’est le premier week-end que je prends de l’année, et je suis reparti angoissé. Je ne garde pas un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. Je demande un dédommagement pour les punaises de lit, car si j’en ramène chez moi, je vous enverrai la facture. Ça fait 5 ans que je viens à Tignes, c’est la première fois que je vis cela.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l’ensemble. La chambre était propre, confortable et offrait une très belle vue. Le petit-déjeuner était correct. En revanche, le dîner nous a déçus. Nous n’étions pas en demi-pension et le menu proposé à 50 € ne nous a pas semblé justifier son tarif. Nous avons opté pour une fondue, spécialité de la région. Malgré une réservation à 19 h, nous avons attendu 45 minutes avant d’être servis, ce qui est beaucoup trop long. Autre point regrettable : le vin blanc n’était pas servi à la bonne température. Le parking est payant alors que le stationnement est gratuit dans le village. Il serait appréciable que l’hôtel offre le parking à ses clients. Enfin, la piscine est assez petite, mais elle reste un atout agréable pour se détendre après une longue randonnée. En résumé, un séjour agréable grâce au confort de la chambre et à la vue, mais des améliorations seraient souhaitables concernant la restauration, et le parking.
