The rooms were recently redone and relatively clean. There was no Kleenex and only half a roll of toilet paper. The breakfast… If that’s what you wanna call it was totally unacceptable. It was not even milk for your cereal. Come for the affordable, stay and clean room, but not the breakfast. The Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot was fairly good and very convenient.

Staff was nice. Hotel is basic, but clean. You can tell management is currently updating rooms. Some things look fresh and other things have normal wear. The hotel does have breakfast, but it consists of breads, cereal, grits, and fruits. No "hot" breakfast items. Coffee and juice to drink. Was perfect for my overnight stay to break-up longer trip.

I was driving I-75 to Florida and needed a place to sleep for a few hours. For the price, the accommodations were very good. The front desk was friendly, the room air-conditioning worked well, the room was clean, bed comfortable and parking was just outside the door. The inn is situated very close to the freeway. The desk person handed me two granola bars as an alternative to breakfast and had coffee in the lobby. For my purposes, this place was great and I would come back again.

Place really has gone down hill past 10 years, we've always had a good experience and clean room. This stay was different, lights that didn't work, a very loud refrigerator that kept us up most of the night. Smelled awful of cigarettes, dog and musty. The linens were full of holes and stained. After what we experienced most likely will not return after giving us a place to rest the past 10 years of traveling
