Terrible wake up

Breakfast was very limited self service from fridge. Someone started leaf blower before 07:00 in the morning to wake up everyone. Room was clean and bed was good.

Much quieter and calmer than I expected. Unfortunately it was very difficult to cool down my room. They gave me a small fan but the cord wasn't long enough to put it in the window. Keeping the window open didn't seem safe as I was on first floor facing street. Ventilation was terrible. The swimming pool is very clean and nice but I was surprised they said there is an extra fee to use it--this was not stated on the site where I booked the hotel. Very nice that coffee/tea and some food items were available 24/7 and that a refrigerator was available to put things in. Wifi was excellent... only a few TV channels working though. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic.

Vid ankomst erbjöds vi en ”uppgradering” där vi fick varsitt rum. Efter övertalning fick vi tillslut delat rum. Frukostbuffén lämnade mycket att önska. Bestod av en polarklämma och pulverkaffe. ”Service dygnet runt i receptionen” lyste starkt med sin frånvaro. Störande ljud från tågen utanför vilket dock är acceptabelt om hotellet ligger vid en järnvägsstation. Vi kan tyvärr sammanfattningsvis inte rekommendera hotellet!

Hotel med meget begrænset personale

Intet personale på hotellet da jeg ankom. Måtte vente på at blive lukket ind til anden gæst tilfældigt lukkede mig ind. Måtte vente en halv time på personale. Ingen reaktion på ringeklokke eller på det opførte telefonnummer. To andre nye gæster fik råbt personale op. Jeg fik derefter mit værelse, men det var brugt af en anden, så jeg måtte flyttes. Ingen oplysning om morgenmad eller udtjekning. Senere ringede en anden gæst til ejerne om morgenmaden for mig.

Usel frukost som man fick hämta i en färdigförpackad liten låda i kylen. Nedgånget. Litet men rent och prydligt rum. Uppfyller inte beskrivningen på nätet. Skulle varit okej om priset var betydligt lägre.

Ingen personal vid incheckningen utan nyckeln ligger på disken innanför dörren. Ingen info vid bokning att kod behövs för att komma in. Nu visste ju jag det så jag ringde och bad om kod för att slippa stå där utanför och kanske ringa i ösregn. Ingen info om var eller hur frukost serveras. Hittade kaffepulver och varmt vatten och flingor i en korridor. Hittade ingen personal att fråga var filen finns. Lite frukt på ett fat varav en möglig apelsin. Nästan så jag föredrar påsen med festis, en pytteliten hemsk tunnbrödskkämma och ett ägg som de bjöd på förut. Sängen i sig var ok men kudden en katastrof. Odiskat glas på rummet. Handdukarna är rena men fransiga. Rent i sängen och det är väl kanske viktigast. Smutsigt i badrummet. Det är helt ok att sova där en natt en gång om året, som jag gör men inte mer.

Vi kom sen lördag kväll efter vi kört en lång bilresa. När vi kom till hotellet var det pub/bar/krog i lokalerna, vi uppfattade det som att personalen som jobbade även dem var berusade. Bilderna på rummen stämde inte överens med verkligheten och det var väldigt lyhört så det var svårt att sova.

Dålig med till luft till rummen, kompakt toaletten där handfatet hänger upp mot halvvägs över toalettstolen, frukost sker i påse då om helgerna är det pub verksamheten fram till kl 01 så det finns ingen personal på morgonen/förmiddagen. Vissa rum ligger så pass att du har pub folket precis utanför sin rumsdörr. Vid ankomst till ett rum så möts man av instängda rums doft.
