“Booked as we had an early flight from East Midlands airport. Owner met us soon after we arrived. Nice room, great comfy bed, very good shower. Advised there was a good restaurant just down the road (15 min walk) which we visited and had a very tasty meal. Left in the morning too early for breakfast, but not host’s fault. Very good nights sleep. Plenty of parking. Road to airport a bit narrow and windy, but we made it in plenty of time. Would recommend.”

Room had doors opening onto car park, no other ventilation, no privacy whatsoever. No water in the room and shower boiling hot as cold adjustment didnt work. Breakfast OK but only flavoured yoghurt, no choice of milk and no staff on hand to help or clear tables. Didn't comment during stay as only there overnight so no time”
