I went to this hotel because the website said they had spa and sauna. And I paid the price for these services. What a surprise when I got there, the spa and sauna were under construction but nothing was said on their website. They asked if I wanted to go to another hotel in the middle of a public holiday, of course I could not go to another hotel and had to stay there. They said I was wrong, that their website advised they were under construction. I opened the website in front of them and it did not say anything. They did not apologize. I went to the bedroom and had requested 2 twins beds and it was confirmed by email. When I opened the bedroom door, it had a queen bed. I decided to have lunch while they sorted the room out since the restaurant would be closing in 45 min. Later went to have a shower to relax but it was not working properly. Breakfast is from 7:30am to 10 am but you have to choose between 3 shifts in order to have your breakfast. If you choose to have your breakfast at 8:30am you cannot go earlier. I went there with the intention of relaxing for a few days and ended up being upset. It was a nightmare. Besides the astronomical prices at the hotel and Pipa. I do not recommend this hotel.

Chegamos ao Pipa Lagoa no dia 22 de dezembro de 2025, Ă s 13h13. O quarto ainda nĂŁo estava pronto, mas a recepcionista, que nĂŁo demonstrou muita simpatia, iniciou nosso check-in. Um ponto que me chamou atenção foi a necessidade de assinarmos um termo de responsabilidade para liberar as toalhas da piscina, com a cobrança de R$ 100,00 por unidade em caso de perda. ApĂłs resolvermos almoçar para aguardar o quarto, a comida foi servida em 1 hora e 5 minutos. A equipe de garçons demonstrou despreparo e pouca solicitude. Pedimos uma moqueca mista, que estava excelente. Apenas uma observação: o menu infantil veio em quantidade insuficiente. O apartamento foi liberado Ă s 14h45. Era excelente, superlimpo e os enxovais de cama estavam com um aroma muito agradĂĄvel. A piscina Ă© um dos pontos fortes do hotel, muito boa. No dia 23 de dezembro de 2025, tomamos cafĂ© da manhĂŁ, que estava bastante fraco, com poucas opçÔes. Novamente, a equipe de garçons e os funcionĂĄrios demonstraram despreparo e pouca solicitude. Fui Ă  recepção perguntar se poderĂ­amos ter um late checkout e a recepcionista informou que a Ășnica condição seria almoçarmos no hotel. Caso contrĂĄrio, terĂ­amos que sair. Perguntei sobre a disponibilidade de um ponto de recarga para carro elĂ©trico, jĂĄ que meu veĂ­culo Ă© hĂ­brido, e ela informou que nĂŁo havia, mas que existia uma tomada que poderia ser utilizada, com cobrança por hora. Primeiro, era uma confraternização e o hotel implicou com tudo! EstĂĄvamos na beira da piscina na sexta Ă  noite, sem excessos, sem gritaria, mas apenas conversando, com o som de uma pequena caixa de som baixa, e simplesmente nos mandaram dormir! O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ Ă© bom, mas a ressalva que fica Ă© sobre a questĂŁo do horĂĄrio, onde o hĂłspede precisa agendar um horĂĄrio, e este nĂŁo pode ser mudado. Atendimento muito ruim, ninguém ajuda com as bagagens, ninguém mostra onde é o quarto. Deixando os hóspedes totalmente perdidos. Controle do ar condicionado é universal, não permitindo acesso a vårias opçÔes/configuraçÔes. Ponto positivo para jardinagem e as piscinas.

O quarto que ficamos precisa de modernização. As camas eram confortĂĄveis e a roup de cama era de qualidade. O atendimento no restaurante e cafĂ© da manhĂŁ foram muito bons, na piscina, tambĂ©m. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ Ă© na medida certa, foi excelente. O Ășnico ponto negativo foi um recreador que estava visivelmente fora de sintonia com os demais. Foi rude e impaciente com algumas crianças, comportamento nĂŁo verificado com outros. No todo, Ă© muito bom para famĂ­lias.
