From the cinematographic views to the high standards of personnel working: you will feel like in paradise. Sombra has changed the level of our vacations, and we now look for “Sombra-alike” places everywhere we go. 24h pools, wet bar, restaurant (the breakfast is amazing cook-to-order and self service!). Your only regret will be not to stay longer. Prepare to change your vacation level forever.

The property was excellent. However, I booked a room with two beds on Expedia but when I checked in the hotel said they did not have rooms with two beds. They offered to put a single in the room but we declined as there wasn't enough room to comfortably fit another bed.

FuncionĂĄrios muito prestativos, excelente cafĂ© da manhĂŁ, quarto confortĂĄvel e limpo. Ponto de destaque positivo: simpatia e cordialidade dos funcionĂĄrios. Ponto de melhoria: o hotel como a maioria dos hotĂ©is em ĂĄreas turĂ­sticas, possui um pico de ocupação nos finais de semana, e o dimensionamento dos funcionĂĄrios que atende a piscina precisa ser revisto. O time do Sombra é simplesmente incrível. As pessoas são gentis, esforçadas e extremamente solícitas a qualquer pedido que façamos. Desde a recepção às camareiras, aos garçons, eles foram incríveis no atendimento. No entanto, em termos de infraestrutura, tive uma dor de cabeça inexplicåvel para um hotel deste porte. Estavamos eu e minha esposa, que estå gråvida, hospedados para participar de um casamento em Pipa. No dia que chegamos, tinha um dos eventos pré wedding, fomos pro restaurante, tomamos banho de piscina e quando voltamos para tomar banho, simplesmente o banheiro estava sem ågua. Para nos reposicionarem de quarto levou 3 horas e, consequentemente, nós perdemos o jantar do pre wedding e minha esposa ficou por horas sem comer, que era uma contra indicação médica. Em seguida, nos mudaram de quarto e isso se resolveu, mas jå era 9 da noite e então jantamos no quarto e fomos dormir. O mínimo que eu esperava do hotel em resposta a isso era alguma compensação material, mas não houve, nem eu pedi. Enfim, todo este relato para dizer que o hotel é ótimo, a equipe é incrível, mas um problema de infraestrutura acabou atrapalhando o começo da nossa estadia.

Minha estada foi boa, comida boa, café da manhã muito bom, mas na primeira noite não dormimos bem porque o ar condicionado estava com problema e a cafeteira do quarto não estava funcionando, ou seja, entregaram um quarto sem a funcionalidade estå totalmente boa. Olha que a diåria não é barata viu é só falaram que iriam consertar.
