Incrível! Mesmo o hotel sendo antigo, percebe-se que eles prezam pela manutenção. O quarto limpo, amplo, cama confortável, chuveiro quente. Estacionamento amplo e fácil de estacionar. Café da manhã incrível, com várias opções e de frente para o mar. Um agradecimento especial a recepção e ao funcionário Jair (a começar pelo nome) 😉

Ótima localização, café da manhã muito bom. Entretanto, a Internet nos quartos não é boa. Também não tivemos visita da camareira nas duas noites em que ficamos. O hotel tem estacionamento próprio e há bastante dedicação da equipe na manutenção das áreas externas.

Ar condicionado não funcionava, dava queda de tensão, pois a pousada estava lotada e não suportou. O quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia. as piscinas estavam muito sujas.

Pousada agradável, mas falhou na limpeza.

A estadia foi boa, mas não excelente. O café da manhã eh maravilhoso e o quarto tem um tamanho bom, com chuveiro quente, split e TV Led. Contudo, o split fazia muito barulho. Mas o q incomodou de verdade foi o fato de nao terem feito a limpeza do quarto durante as duas diárias q passamos lá (tínhamos reservado 3 diárias, mas saímos um dia antes em virtude desse problema). Chegamos no sábado e passamos o domingo todo fora. Quando chegamos, o quarto estava do mesmo jeito. Na segunda feira, saímos de novo e falei para a recepcionista acerca da limpeza, que gostaria que fosse feita. Quando retornamos, por volta das 14h, o quarto ainda estava do mesmo jeito. Nos disseram q haviam perdido a chave reserva e nos pediram a minha chave. Entreguei a chave à recepcionista e ficamos na piscina até por volta as 16h. Quando retornamos, o quarto novamente do mesmo jeito, sem limpeza. Diante desse quadro, e considerando que nossa filha estava entrando em crise alérgica, resolvemos ir embora. Até entendo q tenha sido um problema pontual… acredito q tenhamos tido “azar” na estadia. De toda forma, a pousada eh mt agradável, a vista maravilhosa, a comida mt boa. Retornaremos em outro momento para aproveitarmos melhor.

Ótimo custo x benefício atendimento da equipe excelente e muito cordial, limpeza ok, organização ok, o quarto é exatamente como está no anúncio. Dois pontos de melhorias são: os colchões precisam de uma repaginada para quem fica muitos dias pode sofre um pouco e acesso aos chalés de cima tem que subir vários lances de rampa, porém ja está sendo providenciado um elevador creio que vai melhorar muito. No mais tudo Muito bom.
