Ok in Bullet points Breakfast : 5 (Highest rating) Diner : 5 Pool :5 (it is heated 28 plus degrees and clean, perfect for children not too cold and not much limitations). Splash pool: 5 (Kids until 7 years will enjoy it). Room :5 Spacy clean and good facilities. Towel service : 5 Every day clean towels for the pool. Pool bar: 3 little expensive, and no too high quality. Reception:5 wonderful people and service. Entertainment :4 just good Location :4 as mentioned when booking 20 minutes walk, little steep, opposite you have public transport for a few euro's you come everywhere. Overall a gorgeous hotel, which I would highly recommend, the price and quality are far above average. Thank you THB and Expedia, for a wonderful and relaxed holiday.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. The apartments are conveniently located (circa 10 min walk) from the old town with its lovely restaurants and bars. the appartments and complex are well maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real bonus delicious food with so many options to choose from. The staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. We are already thinking about another short break to Lanzarote soon!! THB Flora will be top of the list when we search for accommodation.

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Facilities are really good for all ages, pools are heated which was good for babies and the pool bar serves nice food. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with fresh bedding and towels supplied. Only thing is the hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill however taxis cost between €5-8 to the main centre. Definitely would return!

Good facilities, easy on-street parking, and other than the steep hill is easy access to old and new town. Friendly staff. It was a pleasant and relaxing holiday for us as a family on three, with a toddler on 3 1/2 years. The staff were welcoming and pleasant, breakfast and lunch were up to expectations. The hotel had alot to offer for entertainment, we did not use it due to our toddler was more then happy with the pool facilities and went early to bed. The staff was flexible it was a good atmosphere at the hotel. It was a few cats where we styed, they was walking around and doing their on things :) Walking distance to alot of restaurants close by and also to centrum and beach. For us it was not a problem that the hotel was on top of a hill, it made a beautiful view and it was OK to push a stroller up. Hope to be back soon!

Pleasantly surprised by the apartments. Great facilities. We ate at the pool bar and the food was lovely! 10 minutes walk into the old town. Free bus to the beach. The apartment didn’t have many kitchen facilities, only a fridge microwave and kettle. There wasn’t anywhere to prepare food, but this wasn’t a problem as we ate out most days.
