We arrived early but were welcomed to the hotel, our luggage was looked after and we were given full access to what the hotel had to offer before officially checking in. We enjoyed all the facilities at the hotel, everywhere was clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Lovely hotel, great centrla location. Been to lanzarote a number of times and this hotel by far the best. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning.

We were only there for one day and I had requested an early check in and I'm glad to say we were fortunate to get one. This made our experience of the hotel very good. Friendly and helpful staff, was able to check in early. Was able to store our luggage on final day. Gym was available to use when needed. Large bedroom and was upgraded on check in with large balcony and the sea view was fantastic. Hotel was about a 15mins walk to get to the main parts of the Puerto del Carmen strip.

We travelled to this hotel for a three-night girls’ trip and had a fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by reception and given all the information we needed about our stay. We were even given a room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the bathroom was also spotless and finished to a high standard. We also had a little surprise of some parrots on our balcony.. We stayed here in mid-July, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available, no matter what time we went out, which made our stay even more relaxing. I can also recommend the margaritas 😌, Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
