“Both myself and my partner were really disappointed with our stay.
The shower was freezing, for an expensive hotel I expected to have hot water. The floor of the shower was cracked in two places. The room was unbearably hot with the air con not working. Again for how much we paid I wish we had just stayed in the travel lodge up the road.”

“We wrote to the hotel to give them a chance to discuss our problem, no response. Breakfast was part of our deal, we sat down ordered it, we were not told at any stage there would be a long wait, after an hour we asked, then told a delay, asked how long the server did not come back, people before us still waiting, it could have been another 30 minutes making it at least 1 and a half hours, we were running late as had family commitments, so we had to leave. No one seemed to be in charge or...

“No esta mal, pero esta mas destinado para gente mayor y de la tercera edad, las habilidades no estan mal, pero se hecha de menos un refriguerador, o aire acondicionado. El servicio de limpieza pesimo, se llevan las toallas sucias y no te dejan limpias, no te cambian sabanas aunque esten sucias, solo te estiran la cama y poco mas...no se lo que esperaba encontrar. Pero no es tan malo.”
