“Firstly, the staff were lovely. I was travelling with my disabled mum and noted when booking we would need a ground floor room. We booked a "suite" with a bed for two and a bed for one so that we would have enough space to manoeuvre. Unfortunately we hadn't been given a room on the ground floor but this was quickly rectified. “Good stay, lovely building, friendly staff. Just 2 minutes off M1.”

“No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”
