The staff were very friendly and helpful! Check in was quick. The room had an extremely loud noisy air conditioner and the hinge on the bathroom door fell out in the middle of the night. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size and clean.

The room was extremely clean. The staff was extrememy helpful ,welcoming and very pleasant to interact with. Any requests or questions were tended to within minutes. I was very pleased with my stay at the Superior Inn and I would definitely stay again should I travel to Thunder Bay in the future !.

We come and visit family here often. It’s hard to find hotels that aren’t expensive. This one is more economical but honestly still isn’t worth $200+ per night. Walls are paper thin. No breakfast. Very transient clientele staying there. Pool area was ok. We had kids with us. Beds were ok. Staff was very good, the best part honestly.

Older Buiding but upgraded rooms. Great walk-in shower with wall mount shower, built in bench and ceiling rain drop shower. Comfortable Clean Queen bed, BUT weird, large open space with no couch, chair or table. Just empty unfurnished space. Rm 105. Have stayed here several times and will be back in a week or so. Nice pool area.

Friendly staff; front desk could be more warm/ greet more often. Lifeguards were friendly. Building a little worn down- needs update. Great amenities. Needs more signage in areas, pointing to gym, pool- need more than 1 exit/entry through RFID. Water filling station would be more convenient since a lot of places to hike in the area. Overall, we had a great stay- Thunder Bay is filled with great restaurants and cafes run by friendly, happy people.
