The AC was very noisy. Asked to have someone look at it someone did come but couldn't do anything. I went out for the after and when i came be my door was open. I dont know how long it was like that. Room was clean. Staff is very nice. Your outside however was very bad. Ones of out team player fell in the parking lot. I had a bad fall on the side walk. My disappointment was that no one asked how we were feeling after the fall. Your maintenance outside need a lot of work during winter. Spoil milk at breakfast.
