Hyatt House offered an excellent experience for our group of 10 travellers. Spacious rooms to hang out in. Fabulous breakfast and super friendly staff. It is a new facility and the amenities were up to date. The gym was very clean with lots of equipment. Highly recommend

Our experience was incredible. The manager on duty that evening was amazing got us taken care of and when our room type was not available upgraded up to make our trip better. They also have a special little package for our dog which we loved how much they thought of him to.

Brand new hotel - lovely room and common spaces, staff were excellent. My only criticism was the $100 pet fee - much higher than expected as most hotels charge $25 to $40 - I was told this was because Hyatt is a higher end hotel (?)
