This hotel was not bad, the only downside is that the washroom was not spacious. I loved the food they have at the menu. Although I didn’t swim in the swimming pool, it looked really clean. In my opinion, this hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would recommened!

Booked our stay here well in advance for a 2nd floor balcony over looking Mount McKay. After a 15 hour travel journey my husband & I were looking so forward to sitting out and just relaxing looking at the beautiful view. We have stayed here before and so much enjoy this at the end of our very long journey. Arrived from our long train rides & flights around 8:30pm. Was told that we did not have this room overlooking the mountain. Also, was told that they can never guarantee a room overlooking the mountain?? . We were both so confused as we have always had the room we have booked well in advance after we fly in. Being so tired we just took the room overlooking the parking lot and called it a day. The hotel is in a beautiful location & the complimentary breakfast is awesome. Cleaning staff are fantastic!

I usually stay at another brand of hotels but the cost was particularly high on this specific day so I booked this one at a more reasonable price. It is a “motel” style that I typically avoid so I was a bit nervous. I had no reason to be. Nice area away from downtown, amazing restaurant on site with a terrific patio, great breakfast. We did not use the pool but it is huge. The gym rivals actual gyms that require a membership. I have never seen a gym like this at any hotel. The staff were all very friendly and it is dog friendly. We were travelling with our dog so this was a must. We parked steps away from our room so loading and unloading was so much faster. We had 2 double beds and queens would have been better but it was not a big deal and overall we were pleasantly surprised by this place and we would definitely stay again
