“The place has so much potential just let down by front desk. Just not a warm or pleasant interaction. Someone is there from 7:30am to 8pm, which was never a problem. The lack of A/C was offset with a fan, but it was still warm, pretty unique to find a hotel in this area with A/C. So they are trying. Breakfast was good, good spread of food and selection. “Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. “Great stay in this beautiful area of Austria. First the positives( there were many).. The welcome from reception staff at the hotel was perfect.
