“Lovely hotel. In a fantastic location right by the entrance of Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Worth paying the extra for a room at the back looking out over the Maned Wolves and Lar Gibbons. We loved watching the animals from our room. Beds were comfy, shower was great and the toiletries smelt lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again. “In the disabled room, room 7, the net curtain was badly torn, there were holes in the walls at the door. The grouting in the bathroom floor was dreadful and dirty. Mattresses were awful, lumpy, extremely uncomfortable and are only fit for the bin! Couldn't have a meal on the Saturday evening, only offered a toasted sandwich and it was only 6pm!
