“The property is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. This has got to be one of my all time fav hotels. And the spa was the cherry on top. I stayed in a manor luxe room - beautiful! The staff are busy, so don’t expect anything quick. Shambolic is a good way to explain the staffing! The lady behind the bar needs customer service training. Her huffing and puffing was not appreciated when ordering drinks. Above all, even with the shambolic faulty tower style staff I loved my stay!”

“From check in to check out a wonderful experience. Food in the restaurant was beautiful, breakfast buffet maybe could do with more choice. The spa facilities were very good, although the facial treatment I received, I thought overpriced for 20mins. Overall the cleanliness, staff, location were perfect Will definitely book again.”
