Late check in was easy since we arrived well past office closing. The hotel is near restaurants and a short drive the to park entrance so it was a very convenient stay. Would stay again.

We had a second floor 2 queen bed room that was newly updated. The remainder of the hotel is slowly being updated. Only stayed 1 night and we got in late so this hotel was a perfect stop between sequoia and our next location.

Recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel itself is 4 miles from the base of Sequoia National Park. It's also conveniently located close to town with different restaurants, shops, etc to enjoy. The establishment had lots of perks (free laundry, game room, nice deck to sit out and lots of outdoor seating, as well as a trail along the water.) The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful from start to finish and were good at accommodating to two separate changes I needed to make to my stay. Parking onsite is free. The only cons were the bathrooms were small and the water pressure in the facility was not good. Price was pretty comparable to what I saw in the area. If I was in the area, I would come back for the customer service alone.
