The place is as described. It's pet friendly which is great. The location is 10-15mins away to Sequioa National Park, and the markets are close by. We went on a summer time so the river is a little low. Communication and instructions with the host are excellent.

The cabin was easy to find. We were given very clear directions and check in and out instructions. I wish there were better toiletries provided as we had only traveled with carryons but that is a minor inconvenience and not really their fault. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need for a stay. The view was great. I loved sitting out on the deck in the morning and listening to the birds, I heard 15 different species! I would recommend these cabins to anyone.

Our one night in Three Rivers was incredible. First, what a great bed and water pressure in the shower! I have stayed a fair amount in woodland cabins and this was a proper place to hunker down for the night. But, the easy access to the Kaweah River was incredible. What a sight to behold in the morning.

The resort manager was extremely personable, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the area. Their recommendations and local insight helped make our stay more enjoyable. The room itself was a bit dated, and the grounds could definitely use some much-needed maintenance and upkeep. However, the peaceful, tranquil views were a highlight of the property and made for a relaxing atmosphere. The location is hard to beat, with convenient access to the nearby parks, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. While the property could benefit from some updates, the scenery, location, and friendly management helped make our stay worthwhile.

The place it’s pretty and the lake view was good but the cabine was so dirty, the bathtub was nasty , the bed smell and the sofa too . Overall I think if they clean a little bit more deeply will be helpful and healthier

The location of the cabins is great for visiting Sequoias.However although things worked in the cabin , it needs maintenance and bringing up to today’s visitors standards. The driveway has huge potholes which made pulling out onto the highway difficult. The bathroom needs an overhaul, old shower curtain, dingy shower stall and lime scale sink . All the appliances were clean and worked and the bedding and towels were clean and more supplied upon request by the pleasant manager Tim. The view of the river is very pleasant and the landscaping needed some tlc. See photos.

The property is in a great location for entering Sequoia National Park. It had a lot of space for our group of 6 to spread out. We loved that it had a full kitchen and laundry, too! The price was very reasonable for the size of the space; however, there are definitely a few maintenance issues that should be addressed--bathroom sink only dribbles cold water (no hot); shower sprayer was broken and kept falling down, railing in loft was held together by a garbage bag, etc. In addition, the place could use a deep cleaning as there are cobwebs all over, huge layers of dust on ceiling fans, etc. If these issues were addressed, the property would definitely get a 5-star rating. Despite these issues we enjoyed our stay here and found the space very comfortable and homey.
