This rooms are very dated and old.Carpets very old and worn thin at some places,paint peeling off the walls and ceiling.Showers old and grubby.TV was broken and only replaced after numerous request.On a lighter note,the resturant and bar were good and staff very friendly.However the weekend we stayed,they were very busy and appeared to be short staffed.

Lovely stay. Was a little disappointed that the restaurant and bar were not open but understand it was off season. Also understood per ad there was parking on site but had to park in public parking some distance away, difficult when I was very sore from hiking. Staff were very friendly and appreciatef room upgrade .

The good: Breakfast with a mountain view was a lovely experience, very central / easy walk to the slopes and back. Accommodating with luggage after check out. Somewhere secure(ish) to store gear. Room was clean. The bad: rooms needs updating / maintenance - carpet in the rooms is old, the bathroom light kept strobing and turning itself off then back on, water was inconsistent in the shower (at times scalding hot then cold). You can hear conversations in other rooms (we luckily had quiet neighbours). Also note there is no lift and no assistance to carry luggage up or down the stairs, which was fine for us but might not be ok for others.

Pleasant hotel. Was quiet season at height of summer. Manager Judy was charming friendly and helpful. Rendered a room upgrade. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent selection at breakfast. Conveniently located on foot to Thredbo Village but no Guest Parking

The room was very small, window didn’t have a fly screen so we couldn’t leave it open at night. The fridge had been turned off and it took a while until it was generally cold in there. ( that’s inconvenient when you bring items that need refrigeration )At breakfast there was juice ( apple and orange )that was off. Both bottles have been opened before and when pointed out it was not thrown away but put back in the basket. I had to ask for cut up fruit and juice as the basket was empty. The breakfast staff was not very attentive! There was no parking in front of Hotel. The restaurant was closed and only pub food was available. Generally the Hotel looked a bit outdated. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
