“Well I don't like to be negative only suggest what could be improved. The property was very secure, only accessible via keycode to obtain keys and fob entry. There was fresh clean bed linen and towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. Full kitchen and cooking utensils. The only downside the place could do with a full clean. Thick dust on picture frames, tile tops, surfaces and bathroom although sink and shower clean plug areas were not fresh and whole bathroom really could do with a good wipe...

“The building is not the one that they insinuate it is, that is the hotel it is next to which I found misleading. There are stains all over the walls, bed is really uncomfortable and found someone else’s hair on my pillowcase with random stains. The toilet does not flush properly. “The room on arrival was very hot windows didn’t open and fan was broken. The sofa bed was broken along with window blinds. No toilet roll left for a week stay! After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob.”

“Apartment 6- ok room for what we needed and ideal location. If you like quiet peaceful night these are not for you as clubs below open until 5/6am then there is the clean up and bottle bin noise. Apartment could do with more storage maybe a chest draws in lounge area as no wardrobe just a rail for clothes. Could also do with better black out blinds on the huge windows as the blinds up do not do anything for outdoor light and last of all shelves and hooks in the bathroom as there was no where to...
