To improve: Considering that Alps is visited by people from around the globe it would be great to have the information in English too as not everyone will speak French. Someone to be at the reception to offer support throughout the stay. No bin bags. Also we were expected to clean the room which we did, but the cloth to wash the floors could not be any more disgusting. And some additional charges we were informed of on the day of check in and check out, such as the deposit or tax. Light the fire in this beautiful fireplace in the restaurant! It would attract so many more guests. The pros: Room was warm and some people complained of it not being clean. Ours was nice and clean. Lady at the reception on our arrival was really lovely and tried her best to accommodate to our needs.

Worst Accommodation in my lifetime !!! I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. When we visited the facility the next morning, the receptionist was arrogant and did not apologize for not answering the phone. I want my room rate back.

Bon sĂ©jour dans ce VVF, rĂ©ceptionniste aimable , appartement spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ© avec belle vu sur le lac , petit point nĂ©gatif lorsque c est une premiĂšre en vvf on nous demande de nettoyer l appart en fin de location ( ce n’est pas un problĂšme en soi ) mais nous avons du tout acheter car aucun produit de nettoyage fourni mais surtout aucune note

Rien a disposition ( pas de nĂ©cessaire pour la cuisine comme indiquĂ© ) Le mĂ©nage Ă©tait sence ĂȘtre compris dedans mais il a fallu emmener les draps Ă  l accueil puis vider les poubelles et Laver et sĂ©cher la cuisine sinon je perdais sur la caution Les logements Ă©taient assez propre mais vĂ©tustes . Sinon le personnel Ă©tait gentil . Par contre sur le site j avais l info sur la piscine Ă©tait fermĂ© et en fait elle Ă©tait ouverte donc déçue de ne pas avoir pris les maillots de bains .

Pa de climatisation, ni ventilateur , je vous laisse imaginer l'Ă©tĂ© la bas avec les mosquito, services 0 , et il faut prendre ton poubelle avec !. 4 place de parking gratuits si tu trouves pas de place c'est payent . Toutes ça pour 140 € la nuit ??? Par contre location parfait

Schock! Plötzlich kamen Fremde in unser Zimmer.

Leider gibt es nichts wirklich positives zu berichten. Der grĂ¶ĂŸte Schock war, dass wir auf unserem Zimmer waren und es plötzlich an der TĂŒr gekratzt hat und auf einmal fremde Menschen bei uns in der Wohnung standen! Die haben dann auch noch behauptet, es wĂ€re ihr Zimmer. Der Irrtum wurde dann behoben, es war natĂŒrlich unser Zimmer und die anderen wurden in ein anderes verfrachtet. Aber uns saß der Schreck in den Knochen. Da wurde doch tatsĂ€chlich unser Zimmer versehentlich doppelt belegt. Wir hatten den gesamten Aufenthalt Angst, dass plötzlich wieder Fremde ins Zimmer kommen. Wer weiß, wieviele SchlĂŒssel da im Umlauf sind. Außerdem sind die GebĂ€ude alt und stinken. So, als wĂ€ren es frĂŒher einmal Raucherzimmer gewesen. Die TĂŒr unseres Hauses schloss nicht richtig, weil sie schief in den Angeln hing. Der Balkon war ĂŒber und ĂŒber voller Vogelkot. Die Betten waren Pritschen. Wir hatten auf unserer Reise mehrere UnterkĂŒnfte, auch zu billigeren Preisen. Diese hier war sowohl die teuerste, als auch die enttĂ€uschendste. Hierher werden wir definitiv nicht mehr zurĂŒck kommen. Zum GlĂŒck mussten wir nur eine Nacht im dieser Unterkunft ĂŒberstehen.
