I guess it was toward the end of the season, so while the staff was helpful, the hotel seemed to be somewhat short-staffed. I was disappointed with the limited choice of restaurants as well as the limited room service menu. The best thing about the hotel was definitely the view; other than that, I did not find it particularly special. One additional comment: when we asked for shuttle service back to the hotel from the ferry ride area at night, we were asked to go to the Casino, which also operates the hotel, to get a ride back. That worked out well, but since the hotel and Casino are connected, I think offering hotel guests some type of Casino coupon or incentive would be a good idea. This is something you often see in the U.S., and it could encourage more hotel guests to visit the Casino.

We decided to stay at this hotel at the last min, and we are so happy we did. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the staff was pleasant and most were able to speak English. There are several tennis courts behind the hotel, and a small Futsal pitch as well. My boys were delighted to be able to kick the footballs around while we stayed here. This will definitely be our go to hotel when we return to Evian-les-Bains.

The view from the room onto the lake was a great sight to wake up to. The spa was amazing as well including the indoor swimming pool. Its proximity to a major property such as Hotel Royal is a big plus.

Lovely hotel with lots of amenities. After 5 nights the evening dining options felt limited. It is a child friendly hotel do steer clear if you want a quiet nights sleep and a relaxing time around the pool. Could do with an adult only pool.
