“The check-in experience was good, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was terrible. We found hair in the shower, on the toilet, and even on the bed. When we reported it, someone came to “clean,” but only used a little water and quickly wiped the area. There was still hair left behind. There was also a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door that was only removed after my wife asked if it was clean. “Nuestra experiencia fue positiva. En recepción nos atendieron súper bien. La recepcionista habla español lo cual es conveniente para nosotros. La habitación amplia, limpia, con lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda. Hay restaurantes y centros comerciales cerca del hotel. Tiene parqueo y oficial de seguridad. La zona es tranquila. Recomiendo este hotel. Regresaremos a Kamloops y nos hospedaremos nuevamente en este hotel.”
