The room was pristine and the staff was phenomenal. I had an emergency while there and the staff made sure our room was spotless by the time I got home from the ER. Also we had to check out a day early and they were very accommodating. I will stay there again when I come to visit family.

Check in was easy- the lady was busy but handled it very well. She was very personable! The room was clean, as was the entire hotel. The shower was a little hard to find where hot started without scorching yourself, a very fine line but we figured it out. Breakfast was ok, the usual fair in a hotel. The best thing about the HH was the breakfast. Food was good. Breakfast lady was nice & kept it clean. First impression when we walked in was very unfriendly. No hello & could barely hear her mumbling. Then checking out, I reported our toilet was broken when we walked in. We just dealt with it. Kept the back lid off & fixed the chain at every use. No real apology about that - just took the room number. We stayed there going to Florida & then driving home. But sorry that’s our last time. I know it’s hard to find good employees. Too bad.
