This motel is deplorable!

This motel is deplorable and disgusting. I was in the building for only 10 mins and gave back the key to the room and left to find a hotel that did not smell of mold and nicotine with a disgusting bathroom. A hotel where I felt safe. A hotel where the guest was not exchanging cash for their stay. I was shocked that they were given a 4 out of 5 stars. That is very misleading!!!

My car was parked in the parking lot and when I came out they had the lawn service people My brand new car was covered in grass rocks dirt I had to take it through the car wash just to get it off then that left scratches on my car I am beyond mad. Venomic matters even worse when I went and asked for clean towels they refused to give me any

The staff was not friendly. Asked for towels and was told that I had to wait until the next morning. Also the room smelled horrible. Had to go to Walmart to get odor killing spray. Killed at least a dozen roaches in the room. Would not recommend staying here.

I travel a lot and this is the first hotel that I have stayed at this year that had everything they advertised in the room and it all was in working order! Even the pool! It was so clean and very big! Ac was cold, fridge and microwave worked great. And the whole room was very clean. The huge flat screen tv on the wall was a plus as well! Front desk staff was very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend and I will stay again next time I am in the area!

I very rarely leave comments but this hotel should have been classed as a motel. The place was old c and unkempt for ex. bathroom toilet paper holder was coming out the wall. The shower nozzle temp. was in reverse. We stayed for 4 nights and 2 of the nights a towel shortage.☹️
