Decent hotel but limited dining options

The hotel is a little out of the way and the dining options are limited to teh two adjacent properties, otherwise our stay was fine and free parking was available.

Location is very good. The room is excellent, in terms if amenities one of the best, fi not the best I stayed. I would give it a perfect score, except that (a) wi-fi is shaky (b) the thermostat was not (or was not supposed to) working. One can operate the heating/ventilation only manually and the heating was excessive.

Terrible hotel

July 2023, two rooms for one night. Both rooms had a terrible smell, they were way too hot and apparently their aircon was not on. Disappointing cleanliness and very hard beds. Breakfast was minimalistic and the outdoor eating area was full of wasps. Overall, the price is no way near the value.

I had to pay $160 euros for room without a/c , when it says clearly on the ad description that a/c is included like all 4 stars hotel , wifi is really bad in the rooms , breakfast could be better … and just for coming from geneve to the French border I was charged 60 euros for a 20 min taxi trip … really? Not again

A little disappointing....

We were disappointed to receive a room on the ground-floor while the photos advertised a room with terrace and nice view ! We had requested a baby bed in our room at booking, it was not there when we arrived ! The price for breakfasts if booked online seemed good (30 chf for 3 p.) but when we booked in and we asked to add breakfasts to our reservation it was then much more expensive (14 € p.p) There was a parking underground but when full almost impossible to enter the parking slot left with a normal car... The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Das Zimmer war groß und mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung war gut, aber eine Lampe war kaputt und das W-LAN musste regelmäßig neu verbunden werden. Preis-Leistung war aber sehr gut!

Veldig bra opphold. Personalet var hyggelig og i møte kommende. Rommet var rent og behagelig. Dusj og toalett var okei. Kjøkkenet ser bra ut men fikk ikke tatt det i bruk under reisen.

Booked the rooms with Mountains view on Hotel.com and the upgrade rooms not the confort one ( paid €378 for 2 rooms with breakfast for 2 persons) to find out that this tipe of rooms don’t actually have Mountain View’s. According to them the advert is not true so ended up with a nice parking of the hotel view. I try to contact Hotels.com but no joy so if anyone sees this please contact me.
