All of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. It’s located a couple of blocks from the commons and public gardens. Will definitely stay again next time we come up to Boston.

The king size bed was a queen and wasn’t very comfortable we had two rooms and the two queen beds were a full size bed. But the staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean.

Hello- We only have rooms with either King size beds or double beds, we do not have queen size beds on this property. The staff was very professional and great to interact with. Cleaning lady was sweet and thorough in her work. I enjoyed the stay , but the rooms were a bit dated, small and bed uncomfortable. The hotel amenities need a bit upgrading, but the staff, food and services were spot on. Nothing to complain about in those areas.

Location is very convenient, although my view was of parking garage unfortunately . People on reception were friendly and helpful . Few things could’ve been cleaned better - window was visibly dirty and there was a lot of soap dried up soap residue in the shower on soap holder ( like really a lot , as if it was not cleaned for couple weeks at least , not sure how it was missed ) .
