The room was a bit small but the location was perfect and the staff was wonderful.

I made a mistake and reserved a room here through expedia. Unfortunately, I didn't catch my mistake and was charged for the room. Marriott is completely unwilling to remove the charge, or even give me any sort of credit towards a room in the future. I understand that there are policies, but mistakes happen, and marriott customer service has nothing to lose by creating good will with its customers.
