Pros = convenience, ease of valet and check in/out! Extremely nice staff! Superb breakfast (freshly made omlettes made to order!) clean rooms well stocked with amenities! Cons = bar closes at 10!!! Too early for boston life

You can't get any closer to the theater. It's just a walk across the street. Parking only a block away. There are a handful of restaurants only blocks away. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were immaculate. And the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend.

I have stayed here off and on for 4 yrs. They helped me alot with my now 7 who was 3yrs old who got attacked by a dog and needed skin grafting, etc at Boston Mass General.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Hotel was inviting and dining options are good. I was awaken at 2am by what sounded like maintenance trying to get into someone’s room right across the hall from me. They banged on/messed with the lock and door for over an hour. This was uncalled for at such an early hour. I don’t know why they were doing this at 2am. Pillows were hard too.

Property is in a great location. Rooms are small, especially bathrooms and furniture is really banged up. Pull out couch mattress was decrepit but rollaway was fine. Staff were fantastic and common areas well maintained.
