“We did not have any hot water and because we stayed only one night they would move us to a room that had hot water so we took cold showers! Will never stay here again! When we ate breakfast at hotel I had to pay for mine but hotel employee in kitchen was serving their family for free. Not good! Need a new staff and GM!”

Home2suites its connected with Hilton Garden hotel, the problem is that there was no receptionist most of the time on the side of Home2suites, so every time you had to go to the other side where you were treated as if you were bugging them.
