I love staying at Westgate

Restaurants are incredibly expensive inside the hotel and what happened to the little bottles of lotion, the hotels would give you. My lotion got taken by TSA and I had no lotion at a hotel in the middle of the desert. I feel if you’re staying there, you should get some type of discount for eating there at the hotel since it’s so expensive for regular people dining

Everything was very clean and staff was very nice

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. The hotel is nice. Rooms relatively small but practical enough. We had our bike stolen from the property. Made a complaint. Not response received at all. We got totally ignored. Asked to see cctv and nev

The best stay as always and we didn’t let one bad server at the day pool ruin our stay!
