I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel in Valencia. The location is excellent, right in the historic center, which makes it easy to walk to most attractions, restaurants, and cafés. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the sound insulation of the room. Because it faces the street, noise from outside could be heard quite clearly at night, which sometimes made it harder to sleep. Aside from that, the overall experience was very positive and I would still recommend the hotel for its location and service.

Amazing customer service from start to finish, with attentiveness and friendliness always there. Rooms were big, spacious and very clean. Having additional facilities like a kitchen was great too. Fresh fruit selection during breakfast was sweet and tasty. Excellent location in the heart of the city, with restaurants and cultural monuments on the doorstep.
