Vacations Close To The Resort Water Park

No entertainment Monday thru Wednesday at the bar area. Water was shut down on 2 separate days . Rooms were not cleaned everyday. Pool area was very nice. Sid’s was a nice breakfast restaurant.free shuttle to Fremont street and to the strip very nice .

Check in was a nightmare. Reservation desk could not provide a map. Areas were poorly marked so you ended up wandering around looking for exits, elevators, etc. Casino pit boss was nice and helpful. I’m not recommending my friends to stay here. I only booked the room for the convenience of attending one of the shows. The Piano Man was excellent.

I stayed in the Ruby Tower king suite as usual....The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are huge...The property has everything you need in house... no real need to leave the hotel. This place never disappoints.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. I wish the customer help desk was quick responsive. But overall it was a great stay and great location to be at.
