Vacations Close To The Rankin Museum of American Heritage

Staff was overrun with other customer complaints to help us with our check in and issues.

O

The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The hotel was centrally located and well maintained

The hotel itself was very nice and the room was cozy and clean. The staff at the front desk were so rude. They were not welcoming when we first got there, barely looked up from their desk and acted like we bothered them. For a nice hotel, you would expect nicer staff for sure.

Customer service was great. The rooms/bathrooms were the cleanest in most hotels I have stayed in. I would definitely stay again.

Checking into this place is a nightmare. The "valet" parking just has people backed up 10 cars deep in the street. The whole operation is completely ineffecient. The breakfast is terrible. Literally terrible. You can tell no one cares about the quality. This hotel is busy literally because of the location. And they know it. I would advise all travelers to stay away.
