Really great staff, a game to play on check-in (I won a shot!), room had coffee maker with coffee bags, large fridge and microwave. Bathroom was pretty boring but other than that it had everything you could want. Location was a bit out in the sticks and a 10 min walk to the bus stop. But other than that it was brilliant.

The staff are so warm and accommodating, friendly too. The venue is just right for my family's need of a suite. Nearby shops, near the transit, quiet night for resting, far from the crowded areas.

The room had a nice view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel didn’t feel safe due to lingering people outside. There was also a lot of noise coming out of rooms.

Such lovely staff, we were greeted by a friendly face and great service. The hotel is well situated for a walk or short bus ride into the city. There are games and entertainment in the foyer downstairs and there is a great atmosphere. Our bedroom was clean and spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

The room was small and a bit dated. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep. It’s okay for a one-night stay. On the plus side, there was a microwave, and the staff were friendly.

Very good for the price! Not too far from the Centraal Station. Supermarket right next door. The room included a small kitchen with a coofee machine, fridge and microwave. Sourrounding is not the nicest but okay for a short stay. Very friendly staff and you got free goodies when checking in. I would recommend for a short uncomplicated trip!

Missing rubber between shower doors

It was realy practical. The games and stuff that was at the first flor was realy funn. I realy liked the wheel you get to spinn at the start. Only thing i didnt like was that the sower was missing the rubber between the doors.

Hi, Before my booking I paid all the taxes and city tax but when I checked in 15th of August I get charged 83.50 euro tax and city tax. The receptionist told me if I am on paying this amount I will not able to check in the hotel. It’s quite heartbreaking for myself, I could not understand that hidden cost for which purpose I have been charged for??? I will be very happy if I got refund this amount as soon as possible. The photos on this property does not do justice to its level of horribleness. The asking price is far from what is being offered—it’s overly priced! No A/C in 23 degree weather with no airflow created a smelly sauna from their room. And there is no response from their management with inadequate staff at the property. I advise against this choice.

Teleport Den Haag

The family room had space and it was comfortable enough. The real downside was the lack of ability to control the room temperature and the lack of any additional blankets or quilts as the room was a bit on the cold side. There are games and activities available so children (and adults) are entertained. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
