The rooms are nicely finished and modern. The hotel is in a great central location, easily walkable. The bed is comfortable and its not a particularly noisy area so sleeping isn’t a problem

Terrible. Room was small, loud and dirty. Corridors filthy. The hotel has no staff; only a n unhelpful chatbot and a slow, unhelpful WhatsApp call centre (one hour to answer). I left in the morning; they would not consider a refund. One of my worst hotel mistakes.
