Friendly staff, nice bar/breakfast, spacious clean room…everything we’ve come to expect from Novotel :) this is also in a great location to explore The Hague - pleasant walk all the way to the beach or downtown. Parking was a bit expensive, but would be our only complaint

Safe and secure good value.

Fantastic room and facilities with the executive room with robes and goodies included in the Fridge. Espresso machine was dirty and faulty which was a shame. However excellent hotel although some wild weather during the night.

The stay was overall great. Seeing Ruby and Isabella each morning was splendid! They were so kind and accommodating. First class employees! If I ran a large hotel, I would definitely hire Ruby and Isabella.
