Great place

Beautiful and elegant restoration of a bank building -- very comfortable and well designed. Staff and restaurant were great. Room was extremely comfortable. Fantastic and quite location in the center of Den Haag.

Excellent and historic hotel almost next to the Royal Palace in a chic street with many nearby restaurants, coffee shops bars and tram stops. We were not advised until arrival that some facilities were not available, dining, breakfast and bar which explains the surprisingly lower cost than expected from staying at other Hotel Indigos. Not an issue as there is so much available in the vicinity.

Fun in The Hague

Did not have a vehicle so parking is N/A Staff were wonderful and let me check in early. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. My only negative would be that the vault bar was under construction.

Excellent location. Super helpful and friendly staff who resolved a couple of minor issues for us quickly and to our satisfaction. Super breakfast selection and comfortable bedroom. A little chilly initially as the hotel has needed to retain its old single glazed windows. We told the staff and a heater was provided which did the trick. A great hotel.

Best staff of any hotel I’ve stayed, hands down !

I travel extensively and I always stay in upscale hotels. I enjoyed my stay at The Indigo. The staff is incredible. On a scale of 1 to 10 , I would give the staff 12. Everything else is ambiance. I would definitely stay there again and suggest it everyone going to den Haag.

Great hotel, excellent staff

We were very well looked after throughout our 2 night stay. We enjoyed a very good dinner in the restaurant the evening we arrived. There was an excellent choice at breakfast and the service was quick and efficient. The rooms were clean and inconspicously serviced during our stay. Loved the safe! All of the communal areas were immaculately kept and every staff member we encouontered was friendly and helpful.
