“Very conveniently located. Good food, friendly and very helpful staff. We were able to park in one the few tight spots available alingside the white building. The doors accessing our room did not securely close although we were able to lock the room door once inside. Overall good stay. ”

“We loved this place. The room was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was a refrigerator. The breakfast was great, as was the staff. The carpet was pretty worn on the stairs and halls, but everything else was in pretty good shape. We did have to park in the NCP parking lot a few blocks away, but that was no problem. And the location was wonderful-- for most of the Shakespeare activities, for the market, for the theater, and for great restaurants and stores. We would stay there...

“House was better than expected for a 600 year old building. Loved the courtyard outside and downstairs lounge area with all mod cons. Had trouble with the door in that it locks when shut and key was inside - had to call a locksmith! Maybe you can look at changing the type of lock so this does not happen to others.”

“A beautiful hotel in a great location... perfect for all the attractions Stratford has to offer. Yes there is a £7.00 charge for the parking but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Hotel and room very clean and the bed was very comfy... great night sleep had. Breakfast was perfect too. A lovely hotel.”

“Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. ”
