Staff was unprofessional during check in, complaining about how awful the computer system was and how they have no queen rooms because house cleaning was too slow.
The elevators… I could write a short story about these. 4 elevators, 1 out of order, and 2 that only go to the garage… awful. Long wait times to get anywhere!
Got to breakfast at 8:30 (opens 6 closes 10). They were out of 2/3 food items. 1 pancake machine was out of batter for 15+ minutes before staff noticed because of the long line that started to form at the other machine. Ran out of utensils, and had to eat pancakes, eggs and sausage with a knife (only utensil available).
The room was clean and comfortable, thank goodness.
