Vacations Close To The Dunamaise Arts Centre

This is one of those places where you seldom see staff. Everything can be done through your phone. Check in / check out / door locks / luggage storage can all be done without involving a human - which I didn't mind.Hotel was clean and very well situated. Rooms were a bit "thumpy." I kept hearing what sounded like furniture being moved around or sacks of potatoes being tossed around. Never figured out what the commotion was, but it was consistent. Overall a recommend.

Nice hotel with a great gym and pool/jacuzzi. Super nice staff.

We got a basement apartment, not city view as the reservation stated. Not very clean, and the kitchen was missing items. The TV did not work, the oven did not work, and the stovetop did not work either. When this was pointed out to staff, I received no reply. It is centrally located in a beautiful location, but overall a disappointment.

Great location. Perfect for our stay.

The main difficulty in this hotel was a lack of sleep due to noise. Firstly the fridge in the room started to buzz loudly during the night. Secondly there was poor sound proofing and children shouting and other noise in the next door room could be heard from early morning. This meant my sleep was very disrupted so I would not stay here again.

Originally, we were booked into a studio that faced the road and was just next to the pub. It was quite loud, especially as it got later at night. LALI at reception was super kind and helpful when we went down to the office in the morning and she promptly moved us to an upgraded suite that was much more comfortable and had better sound proofing
