The room was extremely comfortable and we loved how quiet it was.
The parking was a little confusing, but we fortunately found on street parking that was free after 9pm and free on Sundays.
The thermostat didn’t work properly; could not adjust the temp, and AC was on, but it was too cool in the morning so we turned it off. Not a huge problem, just a minor detail.
There is a lot of construction downtown; just an fyi.

After a couple days on the road and horrible beds these folks had WONDERFUL beds. Really nice staff. We had a weird leak in our sink but overall stay was great.

only one of three elevators work for the entire time and the one that did work was generally unavailable and very time-consuming so I ended up taking the stairs more than 50% of the time which can be very difficult after a major surgery or based on other conditions. The staff was very nice. But of course they could do nothing about it.
