“Very disappointing experience. The hotel is beautiful, but the service was terrible. I booked an ocean-view room, but all I could see was another building. When I asked the staff, they said it was because my room was on the third floor, even though I paid for an ocean view. The first room was unacceptable, and I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. My family also had to leave after the second night, and we ended up booking another hotel. I hope the hotel improves its customer service...

“This apartment is in the Mermaid Seaside Hotel building, but it is privately owned and not a part of the Hotel. If on check in, you go to reception, they will tell you “ it’s nothing to do with us ! “ If you have any mobility problems, then you should not book this .. it’s up on a steep incline, and then a further approx 20 steps before you can reach reception ! “This property is a scam. Stay away. The reality is completely different from the photos they advertise. The room is old and poorly maintained. Parts of the walls are deteriorated, the curtains are dirty, and the covers on the rocking chair are stained and filthy. I did not feel comfortable using any of the furniture.
