“Do not stay here. We had stayed here in the past and thought it was good value for money, so we didn't even think twice about booking it for our trip to Armidale this time. Big mistake!! Obviously now under new management. The place is absolutely filthy. We arrived at 5.30pm, reception was open, heater was on. No sign of receptionist. After waiting around 5mins, called the after hours number. The guy told me our room was open and the key was in our room. I had to ask which room. Never asked our...
