Lovely staff, clean rooms with functional shower and AC. Be sure to go across the road to Banh Muot Tuan Mai for great coffee and breakfast.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I needed to change the check in date, I wrote to the hotel and they didn't answer, I contacted expedia and told them about the issue, they called the hotel, they said they would contact me but they never did. Basically they kept the money, as I had already paid online. The worst customer service ever. Take that into account, do not pay them in advance.
