Reasonable and Convenient

I've been going to Teziutlán for 20 years and have stayed in almost all the hotels there. There are no hotels in the city that are exactly what someone from Canada or US might expect; but let go of that. This place has very large rooms and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It is also very clean. Style and facilities are dated, but somewhat normal for small town Mexico and still better than most places in the city. If you are arriving on the bus like most people you will find it super convenient only about a block and a half to the terminal. It's about two blocks to the Cathedral and Zocalo. For being so centrally located it is surprisingly quiet. Noise mostly comes from staff and guests visiting in the large common areas and hallways that link the rooms. That's only an issue if you're lazy like me and like to sleep in. It's quiet at night and early morning. For perspective on this review, I was here for a week and then left Teziutlán for the Sofitel on Reforma in CDMX, the #1 Luxury hotel in Mexico at the time of writing. The only relevance to that comment is that you can't find fancy hotels everywhere you need to go, so it's hard to write a review. If you're coming to Teziutlán then this is a good place to stay. I will definitely return.

The only thing is how they ha e the contract with expedia. Because when reservations are made through expedia are not clear. And then you find out that you pay at the property and the charges are higher than your reservations says.

Buen lugar para quedarse, las habitaciones están espaciosas y cómodas. Eso si, el baño huele a drenaje siempre Y no cuenta con clima (al menos la suite para dos) solo tiene un ventilador, en tiempo de frio no molesta, pero dado que pega el sol de lleno a algunas habitaciones, en verano debe ser algo a tener en cuenta De ahí pa' alla, bien todo, recomendado ✌️

Ubicado a la vuelta de la central de autobuses y a un par de cuadras de la catedral y el centro de Teziutlan. Las instalaciones podrían actualizarse un poco pero son cómodas, amplias y convenientes, especialmente que tenga una cocineta. Si agregaran algunas lavadoras y secadoras de monedas complementarían perfecto los servicios. Hay una disco cerca y por la noche eso puede ser algo molesto pero cerrando las puertas y cortinas se aisla un poco más del ruido y del frío.
